Wire transfer is standard, but we can also arrange a cashier's check if preferred.
What if I need time to move out?
We offer leaseback programs so you can stay in the home after closing if you need extra time.
Who pays closing costs?
We do. We cover title insurance, escrow fees, document preparation, recording fees, and notary costs.
How soon can I get an offer?
We're flexible and work on your timeline. Many sellers receive an offer within 24–48 hours of our walkthrough.
What about property taxes?
Property taxes are prorated and deducted from the sale proceeds at closing.
Do I need to clean the house?

Can I leave stuff behind?
